Shipping and delivery

In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Pre-orders and custom pieces take 2-3 weeks to produce. We use USPS for all packages. Standard shipping: $5 (5-7 days). Priority and Express options available. Free standard shipping on orders $49+. All packages include tracking and $100 insurance. We're not responsible for delays due to weather, postal issues, or holidays. If a package has been lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work together to help locate the package and make arrangements for replacement or refund if necessary.
