Returns and refunds

At Boho Bully, we want you to love your handmade accessories as much as we loved creating them! If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you’re welcome to return or exchange your item within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom or personalized items are nonrefundable and not eligible for return unless the error was on our part. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll promptly process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
